What started as fun days barbecuing on Sunday's with friends and family, soon became as a SOLO activity every other day of the week so that's were our slogan became from.
One of those days, I started cooking a BBQ sauce using a simple recipe for all tastes, you know... ketchup, pepper, mustard, worcestershire (yeap! that's a word), then I started playing with little batches to put some flavor, more pepper here, a touch of habanero there, Bourbon! Rum! and imagine the fun!!! so I took that as a hobby playing with flavors.
After many sampling to friends and family, here we are... I AM!
I hope you enjoy my sauces as my family and friends have done to the point of pushing me to commercialize them.
